unterstützt dazu gehören beispielsweise die karriereentwicklung unserer mitarbeiter oder das staffing / kapazitätsmanagement der projekte unter berücksichtigung von unternehmensbedürfnissen überzeugt verantwortlichen personen überwachung der performance-management-prozesse für die venture-operations-mitarbeiter steuerung der staffing-aktivitäten inkl ressourcenmanagement planung überwachung und reporting bzgl mitarbeiterverfügbarkeit und allgemeiner kapazitätssituation ausbau und pflege unseres freelancer-pools sowie einsatzplanung von freien mitarbeitern in zusammenarbeit mit den venture teams regelmäßiger austausch von relevanten informationen zwischen staffing recruiting learning und career development sowie mit lokalen und globalen ansprechpartnern um die kern- und technischen kompetenzen unserer mitarbeiter immer weiter zu verfeinern zusammenarbeit mit dem hr-team von sowie relevanten globalen teams um neu­orientierungs- transfer- und mobilitäts­pro­gram­me zu unterstützen sowie cross-staffing-möglichkeiten zu ermitteln unterstützung des planungsprozesses zur mitte des jahres und am jahresende entwicklung und umsetzung von kommu­nika­tionsstrategien für alle geschäftsebenen und damit unterstützung einer kultur die von offenheit und engagement geprägt ist leitung von sonderprojekten in den bereichen hr-strategie umsetzung und reporting mitwirkung bei der entwicklung und umsetzung der hr-strategie inkl der relevanten feedback-prozesse und -mechanismen anforderungsprofil abgeschlossenes studium in betriebswirtschaft psychologie sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare qualifikation mindestens fünf jahre praxiserfahrung im bereich human resources erfahrung auf einem oder mehreren der folgenden gebiete: performance management kapazitätsmanagement unterstützung des line managements unterstützung der personalverwaltung berufserfahrung in einem start-up oder technologiebasierten unternehmen von vorteil proaktives handeln eigeninitiative und problemlösungskompetenz kommunikationstalent teamfähigkeit und empathie anpassungsfähigkeit flexibilität und organisationstalent ausgeprägte servicebereitschaft und ein blick für resource dv berlin's business activities including planning tracking and reporting on employee availability and overall capacity situation maintain and expand our relationship with freelancers and assign their resources where needed ensure critical information is linked between staffing recruiting learning and career development functions and liaise with global and local counterparts to refine core and technical competencies work with hr and relevant global teams to assist with career transition transfer / mobility programs and identify potential opportunities for cross-staffing support planning process at mid-year and year-end create and maintain communication strategies across all levels of the business to help support a culture of openness and involvement lead special projects in hr strategy implementation and reporting contribute to hr strategy creation and implementation including relevant feedback processes and mechanisms requirements degree level qualification in business psychology social sciences or equivalent 5+ years generalist hr experience experience in one or several: performance management capacity management line manager support hr administration support previous experience working in a start-up or technology-based organisation is a plus very strong communication skills very strong organisational skills and attention to detail strong interpersonal and
